Description

Latch hook work is done by knotting the pre-cut lengths of yarn one by one into the holes of the canvas with the hook provided. The design is hand-painted on the canvas, so you simply follow the colours without counting stitches. It is a repetitive, relaxing project that is easy to put down and pick up again, and it suits older children as well as adults stitching alongside them.

The result is a soft, deep-pile rug with a brightly coloured tiger's face, for a child's room or to hang as a wall piece. Everything you need is in the kit; the binding tape is applied on the back to finish the edges, and you can add a sturdy backing fabric if you prefer.
