Runner - Norwegian Winter

A ready-made table runner, hemmed and with an inwoven border: the design is printed straight onto the fabric, so there is no counting involved — you simply work cross stitch over the printed squares. With only five colours the stitching moves along quickly, which suits anyone with little experience.

The print washes out after the first wash, leaving just the embroidery on the cloth. A rectangular frame or a hoop moved along the strip makes the work more comfortable. Once finished, the runner is ready for the table or the sideboard, and the deer in the snowy landscape makes it a Christmas piece to bring out every winter.
