Description

A Christmas table runner worked straight over the design printed on the fabric: there is no counting involved, and the print disappears with the first wash once the stitching is done. The edges are already hemmed, so when you have finished you simply wash, press and put it on the table.

Cross stitch fills the robins and the branches, while back stitch outlines the details; with its generous blocks of green and red it suits stitchers with little experience too. Everything you need to stitch is in the kit, threads and needle included: all you may want to add is a hoop or frame to keep the fabric taut while you work.
