Description

Latch hook is worked by knotting the pre-cut lengths of yarn into the holes of the canvas with the hook provided. The design is painted onto the canvas, so there is no counting: you simply follow the colours. The result is a thick, soft pile, here forming a wintry scene with two cheerful snowmen.

It is a simple, repetitive craft, suitable for children too and easy to pick up in front of the television. The kit covers only the front of the cushion cover: to finish the cushion you will also need backing fabric, a zip or buttons and an inner pad. The finished panel can also be used as a small decorative rug or a Christmas wall hanging.
