Squared Tablecloth - Chickadees with cape gooseberry

A ready-made, hemmed tablecloth with the design printed straight onto the fabric: there is no counting involved, you simply stitch over the coloured lines and the printing washes away when the work is finished. The garland mixes small birds, twigs and bright cape gooseberry lanterns, for an autumnal look on a wooden table or a sideboard.

Besides cross stitch only a few extra stitches are needed, all explained in the instructions, so it suits stitchers with limited experience who fancy a large project. A hoop or frame and scissors are not included: a frame helps keep such a wide piece of fabric evenly taut while you work.
