Description

Two bookmarks with kittens chasing a ball of yarn among piles of books: a small piece of stitching that works up quickly and makes a nice present for a keen reader. Alongside the cross stitch there is back stitch for the outlines and the trailing yarn, plus a few long stitches.

Everything needed for the stitching is in the kit; for the finishing you will need a piece of felt or lining fabric and a ribbon to back the embroidery once it is done, as well as a hoop and embroidery scissors to work comfortably. The red border included in the chart makes it easy to cut the Aida straight and neaten the edges.
