Description

Two Christmas bookmarks worked on a dark background, with a sleigh piled with gifts and Santa Claus among parcels, candy canes and stars. The stitched area is small and grows quickly, so this is an easy project to carry around and a handmade present you can finish in a short time for a keen reader.

Everything needed for the stitching is in the kit, including the threads, the needle and the ribbon; you only need scissors and, if you like working on taut fabric, a small hoop. Stitch from the large-square chart in cross stitch, with a few long stitches for the details. Once finished, neaten the edges and attach the ribbon at the top.
