Front Cushion: Cat in the Snow

A ginger kitten making its way through the snow between frosted branches and red berries, worked in cross stitch with thick acrylic yarn on a large-hole canvas that is already printed in colour. There is no counting involved: you simply follow the printed design, and the big stitches make the work grow quickly, which suits beginners and children stitching with an adult.

The kit makes the front of the cushion cover only: the pad and the backing fabric are not included. Once stitched, sew a sturdy fabric to the back and insert a 40 cm square pad; alternatively the finished piece can be framed or used as a decorative panel.
