Front Cushion: Kilim motifs 2

A kilim-inspired geometric design, with diamonds radiating from the centre towards the edges, worked in cross stitch on a large-hole canvas that is already printed in colour: you follow the printed design instead of counting, and the thick yarn makes the work grow quickly.

The kit contains everything needed to stitch the front of the cover, while the backing fabric and the cushion pad are bought separately. Once the stitching is done, sew the canvas to a square of sturdy fabric, add a zip or an envelope closure and slip in the pad. The panel can also be used to cover a stool top or framed as a picture.
