Description

A ring of summer flowers and lavender frames the centre of the table and leaves room for a jug or a small vase. The design is printed straight onto the cloth, so you stitch over the printed colours without counting threads, and the print washes out once the embroidery is finished.

The square is already hemmed, so all it needs afterwards is a gentle wash and pressing from the back on a soft towel. A hoop or frame helps keep the fabric even; working one section of the wreath at a time makes the project easy to pick up and put down. A relaxing piece, also suitable with little experience, and a nice gift for the home.
