Description

A sampler that tells the story of a wedding day through stitched phrases and dozens of small motifs, from confetti and champagne glasses to the couple's car. It is worked in counted cross stitch on evenweave Aida, with back stitch for the lettering and a few French knots for detail: a generous project that rewards some experience in following a chart.

Names and the date are added using the alphabet provided, and you can choose between different versions of the bride and groom. A frame is not included; you will also want a hoop or frame and small scissors to stitch. Finished, it makes a wedding gift or a keepsake to hang at home.
