A William Morris style floral panel, with stems, bell flowers and tiny blossoms mirrored along the centre line. The background is stitched solid, so the work builds up as a filled block: you count the squares of the Aida, follow the chart and use cross stitch only, with no backstitch or fractional stitches.
It is a good sized piece with many shades of green and blue, and the stranded cottons come ready sorted on the organiser so the right colour is easy to find. You will also need a hoop or frame and small scissors, and the frame shown is not included. Once finished, the square works well framed or made up as a cushion.
