Christmas Cards - Sledgehogs

Two hedgehogs wrapped up in red scarves speeding downhill on a sledge: a greetings card to stitch, taken from an original watercolour by Hannah Dale for Wrendale Designs. The speckled printed fabric gives a snowy background with no stitching needed, so the work stays quick and focuses on the two characters and the gold metallic lettering.

It is worked in counted cross stitch from the chart, with a little back stitch for the outlines and French knots for the details; threads, card and envelope are all in the kit, so you only need scissors and, if you like, a small hoop. The alternative wording options mean it can also become a birthday or thank-you card.
