Red poppies, bees, dragonflies and a blue butterfly at the centre make up this symmetrical design on a cream ground, drawn by Eleanor Teasdale and worked in tapestry wool. The canvas is printed in full colour, so there is no counting to do: you simply follow the shapes, although the square format takes a while to cover completely.
Everything needed for the stitching is in the box, but the backing fabric and cushion pad are not included: once finished you can make it up as a cushion with a fabric of your choice, or stretch and frame it as a panel. A frame or stand helps keep the canvas square as you work.
