Description

Two tabby cats greeting each other in their own way, drawn by Hannah Dale in the watercolour style of her illustrations. The speckled background is already printed on the fabric and forms part of the picture, giving depth to the piece without any background stitching.

The design is worked in counted cross stitch from the chart, with a few fractional stitches for the faces and backstitch for whiskers and outlines. The stranded cottons come sorted by colour on a card organiser, so you can start straight away. You will only need small scissors and, if you like to keep the fabric taut, a hoop or frame; the frame shown in the photo is not included.
