Description

A cheerful winter scene: snowmen busy with snowballs, striped scarves and hats while the snow falls around them. The snowy background is already printed on the Aida, so only the characters are stitched and the design grows more quickly than you might expect.

Alongside cross stitch there is back stitch, French knots and the attaching of beads, buttons and sequins; the fluffy Lana thread is brushed with the Velcro to give the snow texture. You will also need a hoop or frame and a small pair of scissors, and the frame shown is not included: the long horizontal format suits a picture to hang up each festive season.
