Description

A high-heeled shoe wrapped in cobwebs, with dangling spiders, falling leaves, two black cats and a carved pumpkin: a Halloween design by Sally King from her series devoted to shoes. It is worked in full cross stitch on an easy-to-see Aida, with back stitch for the outlines and for the fine threads of the webs, which the included metallic thread makes shimmer.

The stranded cottons come already sorted by colour on the organiser, so you can start stitching straight away. The frame shown in the photo is not part of the kit: you will also need a hoop or frame to work on and a small pair of scissors. Once finished, the piece can be framed or mounted as autumn decoration.
