Description

Nine panels, nine wine puns: roses for «a fine bouquet», a castle for «fortified wine», a sheep for «wine baa», a pig for «swine» and a couple on the sofa for «wine o'clock». A tongue-in-cheek sampler for the kitchen or dining room, and a good present for anyone fond of a glass.

The design is worked in counted cross stitch from the chart, with backstitch for the outlines and lettering and French knots for small details. The threads come sorted by colour, so you can start straight away. You will also need a hoop or frame and a small pair of scissors; the frame shown is not included.
