Loved Ones Are Near

A robin surrounded by a wreath of flowers and berries, with a line that ties it to the memory of people we love: a mid-size project to give as a gift or to keep at home, Christmas included. Alongside the cross stitch there is back stitch for the outlines and lettering, a few lazy daisies and a single French knot; the beads, satin hearts and bow are added once the stitching is done and give the design some relief.

The threads come ready sorted on the organiser, so there are no numbers to hunt for. A frame is not included: you will also want small scissors and, if you like working with the fabric taut, a hoop.
