Description

A summer scene worked in counted cross stitch: the blue pickup piled with sunflowers stands out against the ice blue Aida, which acts as the sky so there is no background to fill in. Back stitch is used for the outlines and the lettering, so the kit suits stitchers who have a few projects behind them and enjoy working with plenty of shades.

The stranded cottons come pre-sorted, so you can start straight away. You will also want a hoop or frame and a sharp pair of embroidery scissors, and the frame shown in the photo is not included: once finished, the piece can be framed or mounted on a board for the kitchen wall.
