Description

A spread of spring flowers — tulip, daffodil, daisies, red berries and leaves in every shade of green — frames a quote by Henri Matisse. The design is printed in full colour straight onto the Aida: you still count from the chart, but the print makes it easy to place each colour, especially in the shaded foliage.

As well as cross stitch there is back stitch for the lettering and the finer stems, plus two French knots, so it suits anyone who has stitched before. Everything needed for the stitching is in the kit; you only need to add a hoop or frame and small scissors. Once finished the piece is ready to be framed (frame not included).
