Description

An owl peering out from among the ferns, worked in cross stitch with thick acrylic yarn on a large-hole canvas that is already hand painted: the colours are printed on the canvas, so you follow the design instead of counting stitches. The wide mesh makes the stitching quick and easy on the eyes, a good choice if you have only recently started.

The kit makes the front panel of the cover only: the pad and the backing fabric are bought separately, along with sewing thread to make up the cushion. If you prefer, the finished piece can be stretched over a board and framed instead of being sewn into a cushion.
