Description

A ready-hemmed table runner with the design printed straight onto the fabric: there is no counting, you stitch over the printed colours and they wash out afterwards. Alongside the cross stitch the motif uses a few french knots, long stitches and stem stitches, all covered in the instructions, so it suits stitchers with little experience who would like to try a new stitch or two.

The long, narrow shape works on a dining table, a sideboard or a hall console, and the warm cape gooseberry tones fit autumn decorating. Threads and needle are included; an embroidery hoop and a small pair of scissors make the work more comfortable.
