Description

A moth with red and purple wings, a bumblebee and deadly nightshade flowers on a turquoise ground: April Mawhinney's artwork is printed in full colour on the canvas, so you stitch by following the colours rather than counting, using the diagram for the backstitch details.

The open canvas and tapestry wools make the work grow quickly, even over a panel this size. Backing fabric, cushion pad and finishing materials are not included: to make it up as shown you will need fabric for the back, piping and a pad of the right size. Bothy Threads sells backing kits separately, or the finished panel can simply be framed.
