A house seen in cross-section, with dogs in every room: one asleep on the sofa, one raiding the kitchen, another digging up bones in the garden. It belongs to Bothy Threads' Cut Thru' series, full of small scenes and details that keep appearing as the stitching progresses.
The design is worked in counted cross stitch on 16 count Aida, with back stitch outlines and a few French knots for the details: its size and the amount of detail make it a project for stitchers with some experience. Scissors, a hoop or frame and the picture frame are not included. Once finished, the piece looks best framed.
