Description

A brightly dressed nutcracker stands at the centre of a holly and ivy wreath, surrounded by red berries, snowflakes, candy canes and hanging baubles. The design is printed on the fabric in full colour, so there is no counting: you follow the printed lines and work the stitches shown on the diagram, from stem stitch to satin stitch and French knots, each one explained step by step.

It suits anyone who wants to try freestyle embroidery, beads and sequins on a small, manageable piece. A hoop is not included: you will need a 9 inch one, and the finished embroidery can stay in it to hang up as a Christmas decoration.
