Fun With Puddings

Nine little scenes of favourite British puddings, each with a play on words: a hen whisking egg custard, a chocolate cat-eau, a dripping tap for tap-ioca, a moose in the strawberry mousse. There is plenty of detail here, with lettering in back stitch and French knots for the finishing touches, so it suits someone who has already stitched a counted design or two.

The stranded cottons come pre-sorted and keyed to the chart symbols, so you can start straight away; all you need to add is a hoop or frame and a small pair of scissors. Once finished, the piece looks at home framed (frame not included) on a kitchen or dining room wall.
