Let It Bee

A hare peering out from the poppies while two bees hover nearby: Hannah Dale's watercolour design is worked in full cross stitch, with back stitch for the outlines and a few French knots for the details. The Aida comes with a speckled background already printed on it, so the surroundings stay lively without stitching the whole surface.

The threads arrive sorted onto a card organiser, which keeps everything tidy and makes the kit easy to take along. All you need to add are scissors and, if you like your fabric taut, a hoop or frame. The frame shown is not included: the finished square is easy to mount and frame, or to use as a cushion panel.
