Description

A quiet scene: a mother and her little girl step into the water of a lake together, among blue mountains, flying herons and flowers along the shore. The soft aqua and pink tones and the many blended shades of the landscape suit stitchers who already have some practice with counted cross stitch and enjoy following colour changes.

On 16 count Aida the design is usually worked with two strands of stranded cotton, letting the white fabric stand for the light on water and sky.
