Bookmark - Poppies (2)

Two bookmarks to work in cross stitch, with poppies running from one strip to the other against the same teal background. They are small projects with only a few colours at a time and a backstitch outline that defines petals and stems, so they travel well and can be finished in a couple of evenings.

Everything you need is in the kit, ribbons included; you only need scissors and, if you like to keep the fabric taut, a hoop. Once stitched, neaten the edges and attach the ribbon: they make a ready-to-give present for a reader, to pair with a book.
