Description

The canvas comes hand painted, so every area of the design is already coloured: there is no counting involved, you simply fill in the squares with the matching yarn. The large holes and the thick yarn make the stitching quick and easy to follow, which suits first-time stitchers and older children alike.

The kit makes the front panel of the cover only: the pad and the backing fabric have to be bought separately. Once the stitching is done, sew on a back, add a cushion pad and the cover is ready; the panel can also be made up into a bag, a footstool top or a framed picture. A frame or stand helps while working, although the canvas is stiff enough to hold in the hand.
