Description

A table runner that comes ready made, hemmed and with an inwoven border: all that is left to do is the embroidery, a red-and-white Christmas scene with elves, a reindeer and snowflakes running along the strip. The cotton fabric is soft enough to work comfortably in your lap, section by section.

Everything you need is in the kit, threads and needle included, and there is no sewing to do at the end: as soon as the stitching is finished the runner is ready for the table or the sideboard. A hoop or frame helps to keep the fabric taut over the wider areas. When you have finished, a gentle wash and pressing from the wrong side will remove any marks and lift the stitches.
