Description

The large-hole canvas comes hand-painted, so each cross is worked over the printed colour without any counting, and the thick acrylic yarn covers quickly. It is the kind of project children can manage and a relaxing way back into stitching for anyone who has been away from it; the turtle among the lilies has bright colours that suit a child's room.

The kit makes the front of the cushion cover only: the pad and the backing fabric are bought separately. Once the stitching is done, sew front and back together, adding a zip if you like, and slip in the pad. The finished panel can also be made up as a bag front or framed.
