Description

A little countryside scene worked in freestyle embroidery: sheep graze beneath blossoming trees, above a flowery meadow that forms the border. The design is already printed on the fabric, so there is no counting involved: you follow the printed lines with the stitches listed in the instructions, all of them easy to learn even with little experience. Once the piece is finished the printed lines wash away.

The kit is for embroidering the front of the cushion cover: the inner cushion pad is not included, nor is backing fabric if you want to make up a complete cover. An embroidery hoop or frame makes the stitching easier. The finished panel makes a gentle decoration for a child's room or a sofa.
