Description

A ready-made table runner, hemmed and with an inwoven border, with the design printed straight onto the fabric: you follow the printed colours instead of counting threads, working cross stitch with a few back stitch outlines. The printed design washes out, so once the stitching is done a simple wash removes every trace of print.

It suits anyone with a little stitching experience who wants a longer project that is still easy to follow; the large-square chart makes the details clear. All you need to add is a small pair of scissors and, if you like working with tension, an embroidery hoop or frame. Finished, it dresses a table or sideboard through the Christmas season.
