Description

A flock of sheep resting under blossoming trees, framed by a wooden fence and garlands of tiny flowers: a table runner worked by hand following the design already printed on the fabric, with no counting involved. Everything you need is in the kit: hemmed runner, DMC threads, needle and instructions.

Only a handful of classic stitches are used, all explained in the instructions, so it suits anyone with limited experience of surface embroidery; an embroidery hoop helps to keep the fabric taut. When the stitching is done, a gentle wash removes the printed lines and the runner is ready for the table, a sideboard or a console.
