Description

A tender portrait: a newborn asleep in an adult's cupped hands, worked entirely in sepia tones in the style of Vervaco's Seppia Collection. Stitching in a single colour family with just a few shades gives soft gradations of skin tone, and the large-square chart is easy to follow even with limited counted cross stitch experience.

Fabric, threads and needle all come in the box; the frame is not included, nor is a hoop, which helps keep the Aida taut while you stitch. A classic choice for a new baby or christening gift: once finished, mount it behind a pale mount board to set off the neutral tones.
