Description

A Christmas tablecloth with a Nordic feel, worked in cross stitch over the design that is already printed on the fabric: there is no counting involved, you simply cover the printed motifs, and the ink disappears with the first wash. The large-square chart, with clear symbols, guides you through the work and shows where the additional stitches add detail to the elves and reindeer.

The tablecloth is ready-made and hemmed, so once the stitching is finished it can go straight on the table, with no sewing or finishing to do. A hoop or frame and a small pair of embroidery scissors make the work more comfortable. A pleasant project for the weeks before the holidays, and a nice gift for the home.
