Description

Easy Count Aida is a cotton fabric with clearly defined squares and a grid of printed lines that divides the surface into blocks of ten stitches: counting follows the chart without basting guidelines, which helps on large designs, on charts with many colour changes and when you are new to counted work.

Cross stitch is worked over one square, usually with two strands of stranded cotton for the crosses and one strand for backstitch, using a size 24 tapestry needle that slips through the holes without enlarging them. Beads, narrow ribbons and decorative stitches work well on it too. The grid washes out once the embroidery is finished; allow at least 5 cm beyond the design for framing and finishing.

Unfortunately the view is lowered, and a lot, even with glasses and the lens does not go very well, and this useful Aida, it does much more quickly to count and decrease the possibility of error. I also bought back, to increase my stock. I know myself that the best embroidery on linen, but given the problems that prevent me from finding the holes ... Viva Aida Easy Count! Laura
