Description

A bee drawn by Ally Gore, its body filled with stylised flowers and foliage. The design is printed in colour on the calico, so you stitch along the printed lines with no counting involved. Part of the Pollen collection, it mixes a range of surface stitches with beads and touches of metallic thread, which makes it a good way to practise freestyle embroidery or to try new stitches.

The 7 inch hoop is included and doubles as a frame: work in it, then tidy the back and hang the piece straight on the wall. A clear chart shows which stitch goes where, alongside the written instructions.
