Description

A little sampler of seaside days, with the red-sailed boat in the middle and holiday memories all around it. The design is worked in counted cross stitch on Aida, with back stitch for outlines and lettering and French knots for the raised details: straightforward techniques, covered in the instructions, so the kit suits anyone who has already finished a small piece or two.

The alphabet included lets you replace the bottom line with a name, as shown in the photo, turning the piece into a family keepsake. A frame is not included; a hoop or frame and a pair of embroidery scissors will also come in handy.
