Description

The design is already printed in colour on the calico, so you simply follow the print stitch by stitch, working through the range of decorative stitches shown in the diagram and adding beads and sequins that catch the light on the flowers and the plumage. It suits anyone who has stitched a little before and would like to move beyond counted cross stitch, as well as those who prefer not to count squares.

The second piece of calico goes behind the fabric as backing while you work. The stitch diagram and instructions are in English. A hoop or frame makes the stitching easier; once finished, the piece can be framed or mounted in an embroidery hoop. A frame is not included.
