Description

A summery design of lemons, blossom and tall glasses of lemonade, worked as freestyle embroidery: the motif is already printed in colour on the calico, so there is no counting involved — you simply follow the printed lines with the stitches explained in the diagram. Beads and metallic threads add sparkle to the little flowers and the bubbles.

It suits anyone who knows a few basic stitches and would like to try decorative embroidery; the instructions are in English and the stitch diagram is clearly illustrated. An embroidery hoop makes the work easier and is not included, nor is a frame: the finished square can be framed, mounted on a wooden hoop or made into a cushion.
