Description

A soft still life, with the flowers backlit against the window and the tea things in the foreground: the many shades of pink, lilac and green give the piece real depth and call for some confidence in reading a symbolic chart, though the threads arrive already sorted on the organiser, which makes the work much easier.

On 16 count Aida the stitches are small and the finished picture is fine and detailed: good light and a magnifier are a real help, along with a hoop or frame to keep the fabric taut. Instructions come in English, German and French. The finished piece lends itself to framing; the frame is not included.
