Bouquet

A generous bouquet of peonies and garden flowers in a glass vase, with light playing on the water and on the wooden table. The design is already printed in colour on the Pénélope canvas, so there is no counting: you follow the print, working in half cross stitch with all the diagonal stitches slanting the same way.

This is the canvas on its own: threads and needle are not included. The required materials list gives the DMC Soft Cotton colours matched to the design, which can be added to the cart in one go, along with a blunt-tipped tapestry needle. A frame or stretcher bars help when working on a piece this size. The finished panel is large enough to frame as a picture; the frame shown is not included.
