Flowers: Pansy

A bouquet of pansies in yellow, red and purple, resting on a base of green foliage. The design is already printed in colour on the Pénélope antique canvas, so you stitch by following the printed areas instead of counting.

The canvas is sold without threads and without a needle. The required materials list shows the DMC Soft Cotton colours used for this design and they can be added to the cart in one go; you will also need a blunt-tipped tapestry needle. Half cross stitch is worked with diagonal stitches all slanting the same way and gives dense, even coverage. Once finished, the piece can be laced over board and framed (frame not included).
