Van Gogh's famous café terrace on Place du Forum in Arles, with its yellow awning, starry sky and mosaic-like cobbles, printed in colour on a Penelope canvas. The work is stitched in half cross stitch, simply following the printed colours, so there is no counting involved.
The canvas is sold on its own: threads and needle are not included. The required materials list shows the twenty DMC Soft Cotton colours recommended for this design, which can be added to the cart in one go. The many shades and the large format call for some patience, and a rigid frame makes the stitching easier. Once finished, the piece can be framed or made up into a cushion.
