Cherry blossoms

A branch of cherry blossom in full flower with two red-breasted birds, printed in colour on Pénélope antique canvas: there is no counting involved, you simply stitch over the design already printed on the fabric. The broad areas of petals and leaves work up quickly, while the shaded plumage calls for a little more care with the colour changes.

You are buying the canvas alone: threads and needle are not included. The required materials list gives the DMC Soft Cotton shades that match the print and can be added to the cart in one go; you will also need a blunt tapestry needle and, if you like to work under tension, a frame. Once finished, the panel is ready to be framed.
