Description

A mountain chalet surrounded by flowering meadows, with a stream running through the grass and snow-capped peaks behind: a classic French needlepoint subject, printed in colour on antique Penelope canvas. You stitch by following the printed design, with no counting, but the generous size and the many shades of green make it a long, absorbing project.

Threads are not included: the required materials list shows the DMC Soft Cotton colours used for the model, which can be added to the cart in one go. You will also need a tapestry needle and, if you like to work with the canvas under tension, a frame. Once complete, the panel is usually framed as a picture.
