The flowery mountain pasture

An alpine scene with chalets set on the meadow, dark fir trees and peaks still under snow, while gentians and anemones open in the foreground. The design is already printed in colour on Penelope canvas: there is no counting, you simply follow the shades square by square, and the double-thread weave also allows finer details to be worked in petit point.

The canvas is sold on its own: threads and needle are not included. The required materials list gives the DMC Soft Cotton colours matched to the design, with quantities, ready to add to the cart in one go. A needlepoint frame is useful too, as it keeps the canvas square. Once finished, it makes a picture to frame.
